Allergy Information

We will make our best efforts to accommodate guests with food allergies so that they can enjoy their meals. However, we cannot prepare for meal requests made on the day of dining. Please contact us at least 10 days prior to your stay for your dietary requests.

Allergy Accommodation Notice

  1. We are not a medical facility and therefore we cannot provide completely allergen-free meals.
  2. We are unable to remove ingredients such as wheat flour, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts, which are commonly used in seasonings, thickeners, broth, and other cooking components.
  3. We do not separate cooking utensils for each allergen and cannot guarantee 100% elimination of cross-contamination (unintended allergen mixing) throughout the cooking process. Please understand this in advance.

Points to Note

Individual sensitivity to allergies varies.
While we make every effort to minimize the use of ingredients you indicate in your request, it may not be possible to completely eliminate even trace amounts, such as those adhering to cooking utensils.
For your safety, in cases of severe allergies, please consult your regular physician beforehand and discuss your conditions with us.
Additionally, as there are no medical facilities nearby, it is highly recommended for you to bring any necessary medication with you.

Regarding Food Preferences

We may be able to accommodate some preferences, but there are cases where we cannot.
For instance, if there are only one or two items that you dislike, such as "I don't like sashimi" or "I don't like eggplant," we can often accommodate these requests. However, if your preferences extend to multiple items, or if you cannot eat all types of fish or meat, please consult with us in advance, especially if it involves changes to a course menu, as there may be an additional charge for significant ingredient substitutions.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests made on the day of dining. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in contacting us at least 10 days prior to your stay.

Regarding Dietary Restrictions
for Health Reasons

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individualized menus tailored to specific health needs such as low-sodium diets.

Hot Springs

Both the men’s and women’s public baths offer indoor and open-air baths.
The alkali simple thermal spring water in the indoor bath is from Nikko Wanoshiro Onsen and is beneficial for the skin.
The open-air bath contains sulphurous spring water drawn directly from Okunikko Yumoto.
